Newsletter subscriptions
When you subscribe to EdgeCheck updates, we collect the email address you provide and a record of your consent. We use this information to send new reviews, ranking changes and related EdgeCheck updates. Our legal basis for doing so is your consent.
Our email provider
We use SendX to manage subscribers and deliver emails. Your subscription information is therefore processed using SendX's systems on our behalf. We do not sell your email address or share it with betting operators for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We retain newsletter subscription information until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, subject to limited records we may need to keep to honour an opt-out or meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe using the link included in every marketing email. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw your consent.
